BEFORE YOU BUY** Please note I do not offer any refunds for orders. Make sure you are sure of your purchase before you hit the order button!

Because all of my products are hand made by me they can sometimes differ in color and shape. I do my absolute best to ensure that I make a consistent product but sometimes there are slight imperfections and differences in shades from the website photos. This does not affect your product at all and will still be fun to use and smell delicious.

MY PACKAGE NEVER MADE IT TO ME!!

After your order leaves my hands and goes into the mail it is out of my control what happens. I have an automated label creator so whatever address is inputted when the customer places the order is the address the package will go to. VERY seldom do issues occur but if they do I am not liable for losses or replacement.

I PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Your order will ship according to current turnaround time. You can usually find this as a banner at the top of my homepage. Please note, I am a one lady show most of the time so sometimes I take longer to fulfill orders. When it ships, you will be sent an email with your tracking info.

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR LOCAL PICKUP, WHEN WILL I KNOW IT'S READY?
When your order is ready to be picked up you will be emailed a pickup address, it is your responsibility to coordinate when to pick up your order.

ORDER EXPIRATIONS

You have 30 days from the day you receive your first pickup email to collect your order. If you do not pick up your order within that 30 days your order will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund, exchange or credit. Once you are emailed that your order is ready for pickup it is then your responsibility to coordinate pickup.
