Ingredients:

Sucrose (Sugar), Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Glycerine, Cocomidopropyl Betaine, Aqua, Stearic Acid, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Parfum, Mica, CI 45410, Phenoxyethanol and (Caprylyl Glycol) and (Sorbic Acid)

How to Use:

1. In the shower, scoop up a dollop of body scrub.

2. Gently massage the scrub onto your skin in little circles. You can use your bare hands or, for some extra oomph, try a loofah!

3. Try not to over-exfoliate the skin causing irritation - limit the scrubbing to 30 seconds.

4. Rinse your skin with lukewarm water, letting it flow freely over your skin like a refreshing waterfall. Ahhh, doesn't that feel amazing?
