Ingredients:

Sucrose (Sugar), Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Glycerine, Cocomidopropyl Betaine, Aqua, Stearic Acid, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Parfum, Red 7, Blue 1 Lake, Phenoxyethanol and (Caprylyl Glycol) and (Sorbic Acid).

How to Use:

1. In the shower, scoop up a dollop of body scrub.

2. Gently massage the scrub onto your skin in little circles. You can use your bare hands or, for some extra oomph, try a loofah!

3. Try not to over-exfoliate the skin causing irritation - limit the scrubbing to 30 seconds.
